What is BPAY?

BPAY is a centralised bill payment service that enables customers of the participating financial institutions to pay a wide variety of bills, including their Water Corporation bill. You can make the bill payment by contacting your financial institution where you have an account.

You can pay by telephone or Internet, 24 hours/day, 7 days/ week by contacting your financial institution and arrange for access to their telephone or Internet banking services.

Your financial institution will advise if they participate in BPAY and if your nominated account is suitable.

The MAXIMUM you can pay by credit card is $5,000.

Once you have access, to make payments by BPAY through your financial institution you will need;

• Your Water Corporation Account Number
• The Water Corporation Biller Code: 8805
• The Amount you want to pay

Your financial institution will provide you with a receipt number

You can ensure payment has been processed by checking your next financial institution periodic statement.
