Fees and charges
Any person proposing to build in an area served by either a water or sewer main, must obtain the Corporation's approval prior to commencing construction. This requirement is necessary to protect the Water Corporation's assets when buildings are constructed and to ensure that the pipes are clear of proposed building developments.
The fees and charges in the following documents, detail the cost of making an application and the cost of various servicing options. It should be noted that these fees and charges are in addition to any headwork's contributions, or recurring annual charges.
