BuilderNet® is an on-line system for the lodgement of all types of building applications to the Water Corporation for quotation and approval, including:
- single residential building applications;
- minor buildings - non-habitable structures such as swimming pools, patios, gazebos, garages, carports and retaining walls;
- alterations and/or additions to existing buildings; and
- multi-residential and/or commercial developments, including associated water service connections and sewer junctions.
Simply, attach electronic copies of your architectural floor plans and site plans (in PDF or JPEG format). Approvals and invoices are sent to your email address, in most cases within mintues of being lodged over the internet.
