Our key commitments to our customers, employees and the communities in which we operate, are outlined in these pages.
Our Customer Charter clearly outlines customers' rights to water-related services. This Charter sets out the commitments we make to residential customers and demonstrates our continuing effort to improve our services. The levels of service outlined in the Customer Charter are underpinned by our Service Commitment Scheme, which provides a formal means of assistance if any commitment is not met.
