You, our customers, are the Water Corporation's highest priority and we strive to be recognised for excellence in customer service.
Our Customer Charter clearly outlines customers' rights to water-related services. This Charter sets out the commitments we make to residential customers and demonstrates our continuing effort to improve our services to you.
The levels of service outlined in the Customer Charter are underpinned by our Service Commitment Scheme, which provides a formal means of assistance if any commitment is not met.
We are working with the community to improve access and foster inclusiveness, enabling us to strengthen customer relationships and operate successfully in our diverse community.
We establish and maintain sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with our Indigenous Communities and people wherever we operate.
The Customer Advisory Council is a key link between the Corporation and our customers. It consists of 10 community representatives from across WA, as well as four industry representatives. The Council advises us on policies in relation to pricing and customer service.
