As stated in our Customer Charter, we value your input into our continued effort to improve the services provided to you and will do all that we can to resolve your complaint within 15 business days of you contacting us.
After you have given us the opportunity to resolve your complaint, if you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer your complaint to the independent complaint resolution service.
At present Water Industry Services - Consumer Assistance service is provided by the Department of Water.
If you decide to contact them you will be requested to provide details of the complaint you have lodged with the Corporation – the Complaint number, details of the complaint and the resolution offered by the Corporation.
