Development fees and charges

The Water Corporation provides public water supply, wastewater and drainage services to its customers throughout Western Australia. The costs are partly recovered by charging our customers for supply and service.

The fees and charges shown are for the current financial year.

Note: Development within Special Developer Contribution Areas may require a different contribution than the SHC.  For residential lots 1 hectare or greater the contribution is based on the full scheme cost and may exceed SHC's.

GST: Schedules assume Headworks Contributions to be GST free. 
Other fees and charges are assumed to be GST taxable.
