Graduate development program

We are one of the largest water service providers in Australia, serving almost two million customers across 2.5 million square kilometres.

As a graduate at the Water Corporation you may have the chance to work on our extensive capital works program, on assets like the Perth Seawater Desalination Plant, the Southern Seawater Desalination Plant, high elevation water towers, major reservoirs and water treatment plants. You could be involved in planning, designing and managing the State's water future or you can be part of our support services teams that allow us to operate efficiently and reliably.

We encourage innovative thinking, which has led to international acknowledgement for our water supply management expertise and response to our drying climate.
