The form has been designed to capture and record the necessary information required by Water Corporation to enable our employees and agents to acquire goods and services from approved Business Partners in accordance with our policies and guidelines.

Completion and submission of the form does not commit the Water Corporation to accepting and registering your organisation as a Business Partner. Business Partners are assessed in accordance with our policies and guidelines. Only forms that have the mandatory fields completed can be submitted for assessment. Mandatory fields appear with a blue background and orange border.
