Special Meter Reading Calendar
Each suburb in the Metropolitan area has an allocated day where our meter readers will be sent to the field to action a Special Meter Reading Request.
As you are aware we will read the meter within 5 working days of your preferred date, with consideration to the allocated day for the suburb. Please also be aware that we will always endeavour to complete the reading 'prior' to or on the requested reading date.
The exceptions to reading on the 'allocated day' are those readings that are either 'Urgent' or 'Specific'. For your convenience and information, please also find a link to all of the Metropolitan suburbs and the scheduled day of the week the Corporation will read the meters.
