Our Corporate Sponsorship Program
Our sponsorship program supports many community events and activities throughout Western Australia, concentrating on sport, youth, education, the environment and cultural activities. It's about putting something back into the communities in which we operate.
Over the past 7 years the Water Corporation has supported community events, causes and volunteers by providing "Refreshing WA Water".
We have recently made some changes to our community support program in line with our sustainability practices and regret to advise the bottled water program has been discontinued.
We feel it is not sustainable or good for the environment to produce so many plastic bottles, which only add to landfill.
We thank all of the organisations who assisted in communicating our water conservation message through the Refreshing WA Water program.
Our regional Water Corporation offices are still providing a small amount of bottled water as sponsorship for local events; however this amount is limited in an effort to reduce our environmental impact.
