Community Tours

Find out more about groundwater replenishment by booking a free tour of the plant.

Educating the community about our current water supply and future water source options is a crucial part of our business.

During the trial, more than 7,400 toured the Advanced Water Recycling Plant in Craigie and, as a part of ongoing education, we will continue to conduct regular tours.

The tours give the community a chance to see the recycling facility, learn more about groundwater replenishment and find out how important it is for sustaining Perth’s water supplies.

We also continue to engage the community through community events and social media.

How to book a tour

We offer tours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 4pm. Each tour runs for about one hour and there are generally five to fifteen people.

For health and safety reasons, we may need to reschedule a tour if the weather is unsuitable but we will give you as much notice as possible.

We will confirm your tour booking and send you the safety requirements and a location map before the day of your tour.

To book a tour, please complete and submit the online booking form.
