Reasons for a late bill

You may receive your bill late because:

  • Your bill might have gone to a previous address if you have moved.
  • It may have gone in to your spam or junk mail email folder
  • You have changed your email or postal address
  • Check your online account. If you bill doesn’t appear we have not sent it yet.
