Tap In is an extensive community engagement and customer research program that will help us identify what's important to our customers and West Australians.
It's part of our commitment to continually engage with our customers to find out what’s important and how well we’re delivering our services to them. Through the Tap In program, we’re focussed on collecting a wide range of information from metro and regional areas in WA – all ideas are welcome, big or small!
There are 2 parts to Tap In – a formal research component and the community engagement program through the Tap In online engagement portal. The insights you provide, along with the results of our formal research, will help us plan for the future.
