Payable for all water supply reticulation submissions accepted, irrespective of whether the works proceed or not.
Connection of new infrastructure to existing works fee
You will need to pay a fee if we need to connect new infrastructure to our system. The fee depends the type and size of connections and is payable prior to the connection being undertaken.
Water reticulation connections
Standard connection fees may be provided as part of the Land Servicing Agreement. Where complex or non-standard connections are identified in the design, the Land Servicing Consultant may direct the Design/Construction Engineer to obtain a quote from Reimbursements Perth Region Alliance prior to start-up. In the case of works that do not pertain to a subdivision proposal, connection fees must be paid prior to a Start-up meeting occurring.
A part of the design the Land Servicing Consultant may give direction to the Design/Construction Engineer as to how the connections may be arranged. Connection requirements shall be discussed at the start-up meeting with the Asset Inspector. The fees and actions involved with these connections may vary depending on the location and the circumstances.

Headworks infrastructure connection fee
The connection of new headworks infrastructure has the potential to impact a large number of our customers. There may be significant constraints, such as tankering and limited shutdown periods for connections to critical infrastructure.
The connection requirements need to be considered as part of the design works. The Design Engineer needs to engage with the Land Servicing Consultant at an early stage of the design to determine these requirements.
