This course has been developed to provide you with a better understanding of water efficient irrigation and landscape management practices for non–residential facilities.

The course will cover:

  • understanding the irrigation systems and it’s components
  • how to assess and improve the water efficiency of an irrigation system
  • how to maintain a water efficient landscape and irrigation system.

Water Auditing for Non-Residential Facilities online training course

This course has been developed to provide you with a better understanding of opportunities to save water by learning how to conduct a water audit in non-residential sites, understand how water is used and identify ways to improve water efficiency.

Cooling Tower Water Efficiency online training course

Cooling towers are important components of many cooling systems in large commercial facilities and often consume large amounts of water. This course has been developed to provide you with a better understanding of opportunities to save water in existing cooling tower systems in commercial and light industrial facilities.

The course will cover:

  • general understanding of cooling tower components that influence water consumption
  • steps to minimise water use in a cooling tower, including controlled and uncontrolled losses
  • roles and responsibilities of facility managers and water treatment providers in managing water consumption in a system
  • minimising water consumption through improved design and use of alternative water sources
