What is the difference between a strata and green title?

The main differences are: for a green title, there must be an independent water and sewer connection inside each new lot boundary. In some cases, the water or sewer main, or both may need to be extended, to provide a separate connection point to the new block/s you are creating. For a strata, internal sewer lines may cross strata lot boundaries and connect into a shared sewer connection point (junction). Check with a licensed plumber to make sure your development is suited to this, as in some cases an additional sewer junction may be required.
