Terms and conditions that apply to each contract or preferred supplier agreement for works or the supply of goods and/or services are forwarded to you as part of the bid invitation or contract establishment process. 

Around the time a contract is awarded, you'll generally receive a consolidated contract from us.

In instances where no specific conditions of contract are identified in the Purchase Order then the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions featured below apply to the contract.

As these terms and conditions are subject to change occasionally, it's your responsibility to make sure you have the latest version.
