This is a transcript of our promotional videos for residential customers getting started in My Water, our online account system.
Using My Water - Getting started (residential customers)
Voiceover: You can quickly and easily advise us of newly managed properties or that you no longer manage a property using My Water – we’ll show you how.
Open up My Water at mywater.com.au. Login over on the right hand side.
To add a new account and let us know that you manage it, select the ‘Add another account’ link in the header from your Account overview dashboard. To let us know about your newly managed property select ‘No’.
This next screen is where we will get you to fill in all of the details relating to the property and the current owner’s details.
You can even select the type of bills you want to receive and add any other relevant comments.
Once submitted you have the option of printing a copy of your request. We’ll do all the hard work behind the scenes and add the new property to your My Water portfolio. Done!
You can also let us know that you no longer manage a property. Select the property from your account overview list.
The property dashboard will open.
To let us know about the change in management select the ‘I no longer manage this property’ in the header.
We provide a small prompt message for you; if you chose to proceed we will immediately remove the property from your My Water portfolio. If you are sure select 'Yes'.
The next message confirms that the account has been removed from your My Water portfolio, select ‘Notify’ to proceed.
This next screen is where we will get you to fill in all of the appropriate details relating to the current owner’s details. You can add any other relevant comments.
Once submitted you have the option of printing a copy of your request.
