Moving to Western Australia

As the principal water supplier in WA, we strive to provide sustainable water services to make our state a great place to live.

You will most likely have an account with us when you move into a house in WA – although some regional areas may have different suppliers for water services.

Your property manager or settlement agent will be able to confirm this for you.

 Stay Waterwise WA!

Our website is a great resource for tips and tools to help you be more waterwise in your home, garden and at work.

See our Save water for lots of ideas.

Your bill

We read your meter and issue a bill every 2 months. We’ll send the bill to you if you are the property owner. If you are renting, check with your real estate agent so you know what to expect.

Your bill is made up of 2 parts: one for water use; and one for service charges (or rates).

Did you know we have watering restrictions in WA?

Your property will have set watering days. You can water once on those days, either before 9am or after 6pm.

This is a permanent water efficiency measure in place so we use water in our gardens more efficiently. You may be fined if you are watering outside of the roster.
