We read your meter and issue a bill every 2 months. We’ll send the bill to you if you are the property owner. If you are renting, check with your real estate agent so you know what to expect.
Your bill is made up of 2 parts: one for water use; and one for service charges (or rates).

Did you know we have watering restrictions in WA?
Your property will have set watering days. You can water once on those days, either before 9am or after 6pm.
This is a permanent water efficiency measure in place so we use water in our gardens more efficiently. You may be fined if you are watering outside of the roster.
