Water Corporation’s authorised contractor, DM Civil, will soon commence work to upgrade wastewater services in the City of Wanneroo.
The work includes upgrades of two wastewater pumping stations and installation of approximately 1.7 kilometres of wastewater pipeline in Wanneroo, Ashby and Tapping.

When is this work happening?
Work is expected to begin early November 2018 and will be completed by the end of June 2019
The majority of work will be completed Monday to Saturday between 7am and 5pm. Some night work may be required, however we will notify affected residents closer to the time.
What impact will this work have?
Nearby residents and businesses will notice more noise and activity in the area. Construction will involve road cutting, excavating and compacting.
In order to safely conduct this work, there will be traffic management in place during construction, with only partial road closures required on Wallawa Street and Kulindi Crescent during some sections of work. Trenchless technology will be used for the Wanneroo Road crossing to minimise traffic impacts.

As part of this work, a number of trees are required to be cleared within the Conti Bushland and along Morisot Crescent. We will work with the City of Wanneroo to replace the trees after construction work is complete towards the end of the project.
Other affected areas will be reinstated as closely as possible to its condition prior to the work.
