Earn while you learn through a structured training program combining on-the-job learning and study. We support our people to develop their skills and many of our apprentices continue to work with us as a qualified tradesperson.

Who is eligible?

  • Successfully completed Year 10 (electrical trade applicants must have successfully completed Year 12)
  • A pre-apprenticeship course will be well regarded
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, committed, enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills in a team environment
  • May be subject to a numeric, literacy and mechanical reasoning aptitude test, a pre-employment medical as well as a drug and alcohol clearance

Recruitment for this program usually starts in September each year to commence in January, the following year.
