Who is eligible?

We value diversity and would love to hear from you if you:

  • have strong communication skills (no previous call centre experience required)
  • are resilient and have the ability to remain personable, calm and compassionate, particularly during difficult conversations
  • are a great listener, problem-solver and enjoy thinking on your feet
  • enjoy working with people and thrive in a team environment
  • have proficient computer skills.

As part of the recruitment process, you may be required to complete an aptitude test, a drug and alcohol test, police clearance and Australian working rights check.
