Become career-ready and boost your skills and technical knowledge with our student internship that's designed to complement your university studies.

By working alongside our industry experts and professionals, you’ll gain invaluable insights while tackling complex challenges. From immersive site visits to engaging networking events, each day promises fresh learnings and opportunities to enrich your skill set.

The program runs for three months between November and February each year. Positions are available in both Perth and regions throughout Western Australia. Regional roles will be provided with flights and accommodation.

At the end of the student internship, you may be offered entry into our Graduate program.

Am I eligible?

If you're set to graduate in 2025, either mid-year or end of the year, we'd love to hear from you. We value diversity and welcome applications for various specialist areas including:

  • Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Process, Environmental, Geotechnical)
  • Environmental Science
  • Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Cyber Security
  • Data Science or Analytics
  • Commerce
  • Health Sciences or Health and Safety
  • Project management (Health and Safety)
  • Indigenous studies or Native Title Law.
