Water Corporation advises that its water tank in Hamilton Hill is affected by a power outage and there is the potential for properties in the area to be without water from approximately 8.30am.

Power was lost at approximately 3.30am this morning and Western Power advises that it is expected to be restored by approximately 8.00am.

Once power is restored the tank will start to gradually re-fill with water and the water supply will return to normal operation.

Water Corporation electricians are also in the process of connecting a generator at the site, which may help to restore some power in the interim.

Bottled water will be available to collect free of charge from the Water Corporation should the water supply be affected for a duration of time – location to be confirmed.
