If you don't already receive bills for this property, please ask the owner or managing agent to contact us and set this up on your behalf. Unlike other utilities, we don't hold tenants responsible for the account. While we can send water use bills to tenants, we require the owner or managing agent to make the initial request.

Your account number is located on the front of your bill on the top right-hand side, starting with '90'.
