With an online account, it's easy to modify or delete your direct debit schedule. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Click on 'manage your account'
  3. Under billing details – you will find the link to update and delete your direct debit.

If you don't have an online account and you need to change your direct debit you will need to contact us; we will assist you with any changes that you need to make.
