Follow the steps below to change or to delete your direct debit.

You can change the payment frequency, payment amount, payment start date and update your credit card or bank account details via your online account anytime. If you don't have an online account, you can contact us, and we will assist you with any changes that you need to make.

If you have a direct debit due soon just make sure that you make any changes by 6pm the day before the payment is due to be processed so that we have enough time to apply your changes.

Online account holders:

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Click on the 'My bill' tab
  3. Click on the 'Manage Schedule' button
  4. Follow the prompts.
