A shrub to 1.5 metres high with a 1 metre spread which attracts birds. Dense, small silvery green, aromatic foliage on slender stems. Vivid orange-red flowers with large bracts are produced from winter to summer. Plant in full sun or light shade. Darwinia citriodora 'Prostrate' is similar but has a looser, lower growing habit.
