- an executive-sponsored Pride working group to advocate and build greater inclusion
- an active Pride Social Network to build connection amongst LGBTQIA+ employees and allies
- member of Pride In Water, the national water industry Pride network
- member of Pride in Diversity, a not-for-profit advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion in workplaces
- providing LGBTQIA+ and pronoun awareness training to employees and leaders
- annual participation in the PrideWA Parade and Fairday
- annual events for International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT), Trans Day of Visibility and Wear it Purple Day.
