Water Assist application

If you're a financial counsellor and your customer is experiencing financial hardship, Water Assist may support them to manage their residential water account.

NOTE: If you're not a financial counsellor but require financial assistance find out how we can help.

Water Assist is a regular and interest-free payment arrangement where we will match any payment made by the customer, dollar for dollar.

For a customer to be eligible they must meet the following criteria:

  • Experiencing financial hardship
  • Own and occupy a residential property
  • Have a debt greater than $750 for this property
