Planned work
We undertake maintenance work to keep our pipes and network healthy. This work can lead to water supply interruptions. If your property will be impacted, we will let you know 48 hours before.
Unplanned work
Sometimes the unexpected happens, and we can’t give you 48 hours notice. In this case, we will do our best to let you know as soon as we can.
Estimated timeframes
We will endeavour to keep you updated about schedules and estimated outage times, so you can resume your day and get on with your plans.
