Invitation to Bid

GAR FARMLANDS BANDING PROGRAM FY 17/18

Bid Invitation Number – 7000010556

We are inviting the supplier to submit a bid for the provision of works described in the following abbreviated description of the Contract requirements. In the Goldfields and Agricultural Region, Water Corporation carries out routine maintenance known as “Banding” on our water pipelines. This is the welding of steel patches over identified potential pipeline failure points, thus minimising the risk of bursts. Welding crews require access to the pipe from all sides to complete these activities, therefore the pipeline route required clearing works.

The Principal has the right to reduce the scope of Services where it sees fit, by awarding partial works to various suppliers. Supplier’s prices shall be priced as individual items and not be based on the full unconditional Contract being awarded.

The Bid Documents may be accessed on 29 November 2017 by companies registered as Water Corporation suppliers or bidders via the Supplier portal.

If you are not a registered Water Corporation supplier or bidder, please complete the online Supplier Registration form. Please be aware, this may take up to 5 working days to process.

It is mandatory that all bidders are granted Water Corporation Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Prequalification, at the level nominated in the bid invitation, before contract award.

Enquires should be directed to:
