To support households with saving water and help ease cost-of-living pressures, selected Water Corporation customers can swap their existing top-loading washing machine for a 4.5-star WELS-rated front loader for just $250.

Am I eligible?
Applications are open to selected customers from 3 August. The program will close in May 2027, or earlier if stocks of the selected washing machine run out.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be invited to participate in the offer directly by Water Corporation.
- Own or rent a residential property in Perth or Peel which is connected to the Corporation’s scheme water system.
- Currently use a top-loading washing machine which is at the property invited to be part of this offer.
- Acknowledge you have read the terms and conditions.
This offer is not transferable and can only be accepted by the customer who was invited.
What happens after I apply?
- We’ll email you to let you know if your application has been approved and explain the next steps.
- We'll share your contact details with our chosen retailer, The Good Guys Commercial.
- You’ll need to make a $250 payment within 21 days of your application being approved. The Good Guys Commercial will send you a secure payment link via SMS or email to complete the payment.
- The Good Guys Commercial will send you a booking link via SMS or email, or contact you by phone, so you can choose your preferred delivery date.
- When your new washing machine is delivered, The Good Guys Commercial will remove your old one and take it away for recycling.

Yes. To be eligible, you need to currently own a top-loading washing machine that you're willing to swap with a new front-loading washing machine. When The Good Guys Commercial deliver your new machine, they will remove and recycle your current top-loading washing machine.
No. We have pre-selected a washing machine that provides the most potential water and energy savings. Front-loading washing machines offer larger potential water and energy savings compared to top-loading washing machines.
Before applying for this offer, please ensure the washing machine dimensions are suitable for your laundry space.

No. The program allows only one washing machine per eligible account number.
No. We can only deliver to the eligible customer’s property address.
To ensure a smooth delivery and installation, please make sure:
- There is clear access along the delivery path for the appliance
- You or an authorised person over the age of 18 is present to accept delivery (a signature is required)
- The delivery vehicle can park close to your property
- Any pets are secured during the delivery
- Your existing machine is ready for removal by disconnecting, emptying, and cleaning it before the delivery team arrives
