“The program surprised me as they lead with care and prioritise the wellbeing of their employees. There are also other meaningful activities (Herdsman Lake Volunteering, Lunch and Learns, Technical Site Visits) which I think would be of a steep learning curve for any new Grads/Vac Students.” – Michael Gunawan, Graduate – Mechanical Design standing with our 20 tonnes, 5 metres high, largest valve ever manufactured in Australia.

"I think the biggest benefit of the Graduate Program is the graduates themselves and the network you create. It’s a really good friendship and bonding experience. The yearly rotation is also awesome. You don’t get many opportunities to do that in a career.” Chelsea Peck

The range of disciplines you can experience in our large organisation allows you to develop a varied portfolio. Many of our graduates stay on with us after the program ends to have rewarding careers as the next generation of water industry leaders.
