Flinders Precinct - Latitude 32 Energy Infrastructure Project
Project goal:
To deliver new wastewater infrastructure to support the expansion of the Latitude 32 Flinders Precinct, ensuring reliable wastewater servicing for current and future development.

Delivery Date:
Construction commenced in July 2023 and will take approximately 24 months to complete. We are finalising some minor works and revised delivery date to mid 2026.
What’s happening?
We are proposing to construct new wastewater infrastructure, including:
- A Type 180 wastewater pumping station
- Gravity sewer pipelines ranging from 300 mm to 600 mm in diameter
- Pressure mains, including:approximately 3.6 km of 355 mm diameter main approximately 0.9 km of 560 mm diameter main
These works will connect the Flinders Precinct to the broader wastewater network.
Where is this happening?
The project is located within the Latitude 32 – Flinders Precinct in Hope Valley, City of Kwinana.
The proposed alignment has been developed in consultation with service authorities to minimise impacts to existing infrastructure and landholders.
