To deliver new wastewater infrastructure to support the expansion of the Latitude 32 Flinders Precinct, ensuring reliable wastewater servicing for current and future development.

What’s happening?
We are proposing to construct new wastewater infrastructure, including:
- A wastewater pumping station
- New sewer pressure mains connecting the precinct to the wider wastewater network
These works will connect the Flinders Precinct to the broader wastewater network.
Where is this happening?
The project is located within the Latitude 32 – Flinders Precinct in Hope Valley, City of Kwinana.
The alignment was carefully selected in consultation with service authorities to minimise impacts on existing infrastructure and landholders.

This project is needed to:
- Support future development and economic growth in the Latitude 32 precinct
- Ensure safe transfer and treatment of wastewater
- Meet long-term servicing and growth needs
