Waterwise Toilet Rebate Application Form

If you’re replacing a single flush toilet or an older dual flush model with a minimum WELS 4-star toilet, you may be eligible for a rebate.

Before you begin your application, please make sure you have the following documents ready, as they’ll need to be submitted with your claim:

A paid itemised receipt or tax invoice showing:
- your property address
- the purchase of the new toilet
- installation by a licensed plumber
Two “before” photos of your existing toilet:
These photos must show the full toilet, including the bolts in the pan.
- one side view
- one front view
One “after” photo of the newly installed toilet.
Your account number, which can be found on your Water Corporation bill.
Licence number of the registered plumber who removed your old toilet(s) and installed the new one(s).

Payment

If approved, we'll process your rebate as a credit to the Water Corporation account for the property provided in this application within 8 weeks of receipt of your application.
