Pre-primary to year 1 Years 2 to 4 Years 5 to 6 Year 7

Students will explore the deep connection Aboriginal people have with water and explore traditional Aboriginal water management and conservation practices that began over 60,000 years ago. They will also explore sustainable practices related to significant waterways on Wadjuk Country.

Through storytelling, multimedia and cultural artefacts, students will actively recognise Noongar knowledge systems and the cultural significance of water. This will provide insight into how waterways continue to be cared for and sustainably managed today.
