Regional Irrigation Rebate application form

Claim a rebate of up to $250 when you engage an Approved Garden Irrigator to identify and fix an approved range of high water-waste irrigation issues, in selected areas in regional WA. Apply for your rebate within 30 days of the service being completed.

Please have a copy of the following on hand as we will need them to process your rebate claim:

  1. Your paid itemised tax invoice from an Approved Garden Irrigator.
  2. Your completed Rebate checklist, signed by the Irrigator and yourself to confirm the work has been completed and how it will lead to improved water efficiencies expected, and advice for you as a customer on further seasonal changes.
  3. Your Water Corporation bill to enter your account number.

You will need to provide scans or photos of the invoice and checklist to submit with your application.

Does the property use a bore to water the garden or lawn?

Sorry, you are not eligible to receive the Regional Irrigation Rebate. This offer is targeted to reduce Water Corporation scheme water use in regional towns therefore irrigation use from bore water is not eligible.

Has the irrigation system been operational at any point in the last two years?

The Regional Irrigation Rebate is offered to help you solve water efficiency concerns with your functioning irrigation system. This program is not designed for the establishment of irrigation systems.

Must match the property identified on the Water Corporation Account.

So that we can process your rebate, you need to provide a few details about the service provided by the irrigator. You may need to refer to the checklist or invoice.

Rebate documents

The eligible services must be itemised, and the invoice must show that these services have already been paid for.

Your rebate can’t be processed if a document is missing.

Files should be in PDF, JPEG or PNG and no larger than 5.0 MB total.

Payment

We will process your rebate as a credit to the Water Corporation account for the property provided.

A limited number of Waterwise Irrigation Rebates are available. Once all rebates are allocated, no further rebates can be offered as part of the 2026/27 program.
