Eligible customers in the West Pilbara can register below for a free service to reprogram irrigation controllers to the new watering days.

Before you register, have the following information ready:

  • Your Water Corporation account number (if possible)
  • Your area code and physical address 
  • The make and model of your irrigation controller

This is a limited offer and is only available for eligible registrations completed between 1 March and 31 August 2026. It is not intended for urgent repairs or assistance. We appreciate your patience while your appointment time is scheduled. Our contractors experience a high volume of enquiries and there may be 4-6 week wait for services.

Does your property have an automatic irrigation system with a controller?

Is the automatic irrigation system operational?

The Irrigation Reset Service is designed to ensure your controller settings are set up for optimal and efficient watering of your garden on your rostered watering days. If your irrigation system is not functioning, we will be unable to set or adjust your Controller accordingly.

Do you use a bore to water your garden/lawn?

Thank you for your interest, however the Irrigation Reset service is limited to customers watering with scheme water, so properties using alternative water sources are not eligible.

Your account number is located on the front of your bill on the top right-hand side, starting with '90'. It must match the property address claiming the service.

If your post code is not listed among the available options, we appreciate your interest, but we are unable to offer registration for this service at this time.

Irrigation details

Is there clear access to both the property and your controller?
Will an adult be home when the irrigation reset service is carried out?

This service requires an adult to be present so the contractor can explain the system to ensure you are comfortable with how it has been set up. We will also require a signature to confirm completion.

Terms and conditions

  • The cost of this service is free to eligible Water Corporation customers. You do not need to make any payment for this service to the contractor.
  • You are not obligated to carry out any additional paid work.
  • Any additional work to further benefit your garden or irrigation system may be arranged with the assigned contractor at your discretion and cost.
  • A limited number of Irrigation Reset Services are being offered. Once all services are allocated, no further services can be offered as part of this program.
