You nominate the amount to pay in weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, as long as that amount is sufficient to cover your bills.

If these didn’t help with your enquiry, please contact us on 13 13 85 and we’ll help explain your bill and amend or suspend your direct debit if required.

If you choose to pay by regular instalments, you’ll need to make sure your instalments are sufficient to cover your bill by the due date. For example, if your two-monthly bill is $300, your instalments should be:

  • $37.50 per week or
  • $75 per fortnight or
  • $150 per month

If you have existing overdue charges and would like a direct debit to pay this and your future bills, please contact us on 13 13 85.

If you choose to pay what’s owing when your bill is due, the full bill amount will be deducted on the bill due date.

If your circumstances have changed since you created the direct debit, you can update or cancel your direct debit payments through My Water or contact us on 13 13 85.
