Direct debit payment options

1. Pay bills when they are due

The exact amount of your bill is automatically deducted from your nominated account on the due date – so your bills are paid on time, every time.

2. Pay by regular instalments

You nominate the amount to pay in weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, as long as that amount is sufficient to cover your bills.

What happens if I overpay?

Your account will stay in credit. The credit will go towards your next bill, alternatively you can request a refund.

Will I still get my bill?

Yes, we will send your bill 16 days before the due date.

How much should I pay?

If you choose to pay by regular instalments, you’ll need to make sure your instalments are sufficient to cover your bill. For example, if your two-monthly bill is $300, your instalments should be:

  • $37.50 per week or
  • $75 per fortnight or
  • $150 per month

If you choose to pay what’s owing when your bill is due, the full bill amount will be deducted on the bill due date.
