A rewarding career pathway

The traineeship program can take between 12 or 36 months to complete:

  • Step 1: complete Certificate II Water Industry Operations in 12 months
  • Step 2: we may invite you to continue your studies and complete a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations over 24 months

A traineeship is your chance to learn and grow while helping supply and sustainably secure water to Western Australia. Many of our trainees stay on after their traineeship ends to have fulfilling careers with us or across the water industry.
