Would you like the opportunity to influence the way Water Corporation delivers its services?

Water Corporation is seeking Expressions of Interest from people across Western Australia to join its Customer Advisory Council.

Water Corporation General Manager Customer and Community Group, Catherine Ferrari, said the Customer Advisory Council was established in 1994 and provided vital community feedback.

“The Customer Advisory Council provides input to the development of strategy and policy in relation to the services delivered by Water Corporation,” Ms Ferrari said.

“We’re asking people from across the State to contact us if they are interested in representing their community.

“Feedback from our Customer Advisory Council helps us better understand community attitudes and consider them in the planning, development and delivery of our products and services.

“This forms part of our commitment to listen to our customers and use their feedback to help improve our business.”

The Customer Advisory Council consists of nine community representatives across WA. Regular meetings are held every two months and representatives are encouraged to attend community engagement events in their respective towns.   Travel for regional representatives is arranged by Water Corporation.

The Council has previously provided advice and feedback on a range of topics including driving water efficiency with non-residential customers, the change to two-monthly billing, business transformation, Water Corporation’s self-service website My Water and notification of service interruptions to customers.
