An evergreen shrub in warmer weather but leaves may turn red and even drop during cold spells. Long, arching branches carry small, glossy leaves and clusters of white, tinged with pink, bell shaped flowers from late summer right through until early winter. Once established can be pruned quite hard. Variegated forms are not as hardy.
