There are a few reasons why you may receive a bill with nil to pay.

If you have enough credit on your account to cover your current bill then we issue a bill for nil payment.

If your bill amount is less than $5 then we issue a bill that asks for nil payment and we include the small outstanding amount on your next bill.

For example your account may be in credit if you have a periodic direct debit payment arrangement which has brought your account in to credit or if you have previously overpaid your account.
