You can remove a property from your online account if you no longer need to manage it online. 

If you have sold your property you don’t need to do anything, we will remove the property for you when your settlement agent notifies us.

If you are a tenant, please contact your property manager or landlord and ask them to remove you from the account.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your online account using your email (or username) and password.
  2. On the Bill & account page, locate the house icon and select the drop-down.
  3. From the drop-down options, select  ‘remove an account’ (multiple properties are listed under accounts). 
  4. On the following page, you can select the property you want to remove by choosing the address of the property.
  5. Select remove. 
  6. Confirm that you wish to remove your selected property by selecting the “Yes I want to remove this account” button.

Please note: Removing a property online will not close your water account.

You are all done! You have successfully removed the property from your online account. Your payment and paperless billing preferences will not be affected.
