You can add a property to your online account if you need to manage it online. 

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your online account using your email (or username) and password
  2. On the Bill & account page, locate the house icon and select the drop-down
  3. From the drop-down options select,  ‘add an account’ (multiple properties are listed under accounts)
  4. On the following page, enter your Electronic Reference Number (ERN). You will find the ERN on the bottom right-hand side corner on the back of your bill for the property
  5. Select next 
  6. Confirm the property details
  7. Select submit to complete.

You are all done! You will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

Now you can use your online account to manage more than one property.
