Every 2 months we read your meter and send you a bill for your water use and service charges.
Changes to our prices for 2017–18
Each year, our prices are reviewed and set by the State Government. In making its decision, the State Government considers the cost to provide water, wastewater and drainage service and the impact any changes will have on you, our customers.
From 1 July 2017, water use and service charges will increase based on the Gross Rental Value of the property. The average change across all households is 6%, with this increase being capped at a maximum 10.5%.
